In 2004, Vanguard International Investment Co., Ltd. invested in Wuxi to establish our factory with a land area of about 53,000 square meters. In order to satisfy customers' high requirements on precision and lead time of products, our company has introduced world-class molding machinery, such as Roeders high speed machining center from Germany, Mitsubishi electric spark processing machine and slow-running thread cutting machine, and Mitsui forming grinder and top class inspection devices from Japan. The first class full-automatic injection forming machine was also imported from Mitsui Company for manufacturing electronic components, gears, plug-ins, digital camera parts, mobile components and thin-wall products professionally. Furthermore, we also invest much on CAD / CAM / CAE and procure leading software in the industry, such as Cimatron, to increase the quality levels on design and manufacture.

One third of our 45 staff members are highly qualified engineers or technicians, who have more than 5 years on the manufacturing of precision molding parts or precision injection molding parts for electronic parts. And 60% of our staff are with at least junior college educational background. Our company lays much stress on the training of technical level and professional ethics of staff so as to win in the continuous competition.

Along with business expansion, the company has been involved in the design and manufacture of multi-position progressive dies and compression moulds.
